What is your Return Policy?
Our #1 Priority is your satisfaction. If your purchase has a defect, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include photos of the damage and your order number so that we may begin the process of getting you a replacement item!
We do accept exchanges for size adjustments. Print and fill out this form and include it in the package with your exchange. Read the terms carefully please. All exchanges must be unwashed, in new and unworn condition, free of stains and odors. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and an updated tracking number.
We do not accept exchanges for color and pattern changes. We are unable to offer jewelry exchanges. Refunds are not available on any store item.
What is your standard shipping time?
Once we receive your order, if the item is in stock, items are shipped within 5 business days. Shipments within the Continental US take an average shipping period of from 1-5 days. We ship with the USPS. At this time, we do offer shipment to Canada, but do not offer worldwide shipping.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! We want you to know when to expect your Shelly Cove® purchase! You will receive an email confirmation @ the email address you entered when you placed your order. Note, this order number is NOT your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check the email provided for the occasional error.
A second email notification will be sent when your order ships with a provided tracking number.
What are my payment options and when am I charged?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, JCB, Discover and American Express payments as well as PayPal.
Charges are incurred at the time you place your order; this is how our site platform operates.
Do you have any stickers or promotional materials for me?
Surprise! In your package, you will receive a sticker, special offers postcard, and a turtle charm as a token of our thanks for partnering with us to share the seas and shores with the Sea Turtles.
What if I made a mistake, can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, please email us within 12 hours. You will receive an email from us advising you that your order has been cancelled or changed.
