Wish you could customize the card amount

The service was absolutely wonderful. Gift was bought for a friends birthday and the process to send the e-gift card was easy and simple to do. Only critique would be that it does not have a custom amount option for the card which I was hoping it would have so I could get a card that would cover the entire purchase of one item including shipping and taxes. But regardless was a wonderful product.

I purchased a gift card to be wrapped and given to a child. Instead I received an email with a code. When I requested a hard card, I received an email stating one would be mailed to me.

I received a package with the steel straws and enclosed and a rectangular piece of paper with a hand written dollar amount and the code written on the back. The package also included stickers and a post card! You can’t afford a gift card that could me mailed to a recipient? But you can send stickers and a post card?
This does not make sense to me.
